-A booking deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is required at the time of the booking. -The balance of 70% has to be paid and/or can be debited to your bank card.

 

  •   on site during the low and middle season.
  •   5 days before arrival during the middle-high season.
  •  10 days before arrival during the high season.

 

-The guest can modify or cancel the booking free of charge according to our cancellation policy.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

During the HIGH SEASON, the cancellation is FREE if it is made 22 days before arrival.

 

  •  Between 21 and 15 days before arrival, we retain 30% of the total amount.
  •  Between 14 and 10 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is subsequently required.
  •  Between 9 and 5 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount is subsequently required.
  •  Between 4 and 1 day before arrival, 85% of the total amount is subsequently required.
  •  In case of a no show on the day of the scheduled arrival or departure prior to the scheduled date 100% of     the total amount is subsequently required.

 

During the MIDDLE-HIGH SEASON, the cancellation is FREE if it is made 15 days before arrival.

 

  •  Between 14 and 10 days before arrival, we retain 30% of the total amount.
  •  Between 9 and 5 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount is subsequently required.
  •  Between 4 and 1 day before arrival, 75% of the total amount is subsequently required.
  •  In case of a no show on the day of the scheduled arrival or departure prior to the scheduled date 100% of  the total amount is subsequently required.

 

During the MIDDLE and LOW SEASON, the cancellation is FREE if it is made 24 hours before arrival.

 

  •  The guest will be charged the cost of the first night in case of cancellation within 24 hours before arrival or  in case of no show.
